On every turn-key engagement we take zero commission from vendors, fabricators, or suppliers. You see the true cost of every material and every hand that touches the build. Our fee is the only fee — stated plainly, agreed before work begins.

We do not measure worth in square footage. A single considered room and a ground-up residence are approached with the same rigour. If the intent is serious, the scale is secondary.

The studio is based in Noida, yet our work spans Tier-1 India and select projects abroad. Distance changes the cadence of site visits, not the depth of the design. We will tell you honestly how a remote site shapes the timeline.

After the Discovery conversation we spend two to three weeks in study before presenting. We resist the instinct to draw quickly; the first sketch you see has already survived several we discarded.

Often, yes. We are equally comfortable leading the whole transmutation or holding a single discipline within a larger team. We will be candid about where the boundaries of responsibility should sit.
