Why DAM?

The availability of so many softwares and resources on the internet have offered a plethora of opportunities for the user but with the boon it has brought along the bane too.

With so much information available, it's hard for the user to join the dots and learn in a structural manner, which in turn causes chaos, confusion, and becomes overwhelming. The finished outcomes of the softwares and tools fascinate the students but after learning the basics, most of them tend to lose interest witnessing the difficulty level or because of different design interests.

So, at Equim, we believe that the first step is to help them become aware of the multiple possibilities that can be explored.

DAM aims to offer attendees a platform to learn and get exposed to the tested methodologies of the industry leaders allowing them to analyse their work. The Try-Test-Replicate Workflow will offer them a chance to learn multiple tools and workflows so they can choose the one with which they align the most.

I am an absolute beginner; can I still attend the workshop?


Yes, anyone who is new to Parametric Architecture & Computational Design can attend the conference to kick start their journey in respective design field.




I don’t have required software and plugins, will that be provided?


Don’t worry; you will get the download links to all the software and plugins required for the conference upon registering.




What tools and software will be used/taught in the workshop?


The workshop will cover Parametric & Computational Design software/tool such as Rhino3d, Grasshopper3D, Maya, Blender, Photoshop.




Will I get the recording of the session?


Yes, recording of the entire session will be provided with an access for 6 months.




Will I get a Certificate upon completion?


Yes, minimum attendance of 70% is required to receive a Certificate of Participation along with that winner of design competition gets Certificate of Merit with exciting prizes.




Will I be able to get the guidance even after the workshop?


Yes, Equim Education aims to bridge the gap between participants and mentors. Participants will be on-boarded on a community for collaboration & support.
